exploring the arts

fine arts

A well-rounded education is enhanced and enriched through the fine arts.  Our students experience art and music in their coursework from kindergarten all the way through high school.  Kindergarten through eighth grade students participate in art class weekly, and high school students choose an art elective to fit their interests and goals.

Music class happens weekly for kindergarten students, and twice a week for grades one through six, focusing on both vocal and instrumental lessons and development.

Seventh graders through seniors have music once a week, can choose music electives, and may try out for the annual musical.

The mission of Redeemer Lutheran School is to provide a high-quality, Christ-centered, PreK - 12 education, rooted in the Holy Scriptures, and in doing so, proclaim the Gospel of Christ to all.

Redeemer has performed a long list of great musicals.
Students in grades 7 - 12 work hard as actors, musicians and stage crew to bring long-time favorites to the stage right here at Redeemer.  Redeemer is proud of the 4 Gene Kelly awards we've received over the years!
